Helpful staff .

The room was far from clean, with a horrible smoke smell lingering throughout. I noticed stains on the walls and in the bathroom that were quite off-putting. The broken deadbolt, and the overall condition of the room was disappointing, considering the price I paid.

We had a reasonably large room with a view of street.

The room was spotless and reasonably large with a very comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. The staff was very amiable in all services. Favourable and easy location in the middle of jackson was a plus. Easily reached Mama's Pizza, located not very far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.
